Advancing Performance

Here recently was working with The Shippers Group with streamlining their process to make them more efficient. While working with the management staff, we was able to increase their productivity by making sure the associate were all properly trained with the new processes. We had the client stagger their staff to insure that they had enough time to charged equipment for the next shift. We also seen an opportunity with setting their pick path by product velocity, weight, and dimension. After doing so, we was able to zone off the warehouse correctly so that the case pickers could snake through the building once and finish an order instead of them going back and forth to the same aisles. By doing this, they was able to increase their overall productivity from 56% to 85% in 2 months. That an 29% increase for their total throughput which cut the needs for more bodies and overtime. 

Helping Businesses Blossom

Over the past few months we have been collaborating with La Peninsula Janitorial Service. We started by getting the business finances in order by helping them establish and build their business credit profile. We also wrote an business proposal to their clients in order to help their business expand from 1 site to 5 sites with strategic planning. We sent an advisor with La Peninsula to each one of their new sites to asses the layout and figure out the Financial aspect of each building during this process.
